3rd-5th Grade Self Check Out Release
To provide flexibility for some parents, especially our coworkers, we allow older children (3rd–5th graders) to check out and leave on their own after worship at 4:30 PM. If you choose to allow your child(ren) to leave independently, we kindly ask that you provide us with your authorization.
为了给部分家长，特别是我们教会的同工们提供更多灵活性，我们允许年纪较大的孩子（3至5年级）在下午4:30敬拜结束后自行离开。如果您选择允许您的孩子自行离开，请您签署授权，我们将据此执行。
