3rd-5th Grade Self Check Out Release
To enable flexibility for some parents especially our coworkers, we allow older children (3rd-5th graders) to check out and leave on his/her own after the worship at 4:30pm. If you choose to let your child(ren) leave on his/her own, we need you to authorize us to do so.
为了方便一些家长尤其是教会同工们，我们允许较年长的3-5年级小孩在4:30pm儿童崇拜完毕后自己离开聚会。若您选择让您的小孩自行离开，我们需要您授权教会如此做。
