DCCYC 报名 （Wed. 6/12/2024 – Sun. 6/16/2024）

@all  各位家长，底下是今年DCCYC （达福地区华人教会青少年营会）的报名链接。

• 备注：** 孩子今年秋季进入7年级方可参加。
• 请家长上网填好报名表格与 Medical form。报名费 (支票) 请教给 Omar 弟兄。
• 报名请从速，早鸟报名截止是 May 5^th

另外，若您有大学的孩子愿意参与 Counselor的服事（女生19岁以上，男生20岁以上），也请他们填以下的表格，并告知Omar弟兄。

DCCYC 2024 Registration Fees:

• Early Registration (April 19 – May 5) = $395.00 per camper
• Regular Registration (May 6 – May 19) = $445.00 per camper
• Final Desperation Registration (May 19 – May 26) = $495.00 per camper

#3 Submit your payment to your Youth Pastor/leader (Please make your check payable to DCCYC)

#4 You MUST bring a proof of a negative COVID-19 test within the 3 days prior to camp (any test from June 9, 2024 to the morning of June 12, 2024 will be accepted). This can be an at-home test, a PCR test, or a Rapid test at a drugstore or doctor’s office. Either bring the physical test or a picture of a negative test. If you do not bring proof of a test, you will not be allowed to go to camp!
