Elaine Kung is passionate about faith and work movement since founding Called To Work in 1996. She is experienced in mentoring and leading others to success, investing in hundreds of mentees and students around the world. Elaine is a frequent speaker at companies, colleges, conferences, churches and non-profits in the States and overseas on Called To Work faith/work, leadership, career development, marriage, parenting and various life skills to audiences of thousands for over three decades, e.g. 26 talks in November 2019, 5 weeks speaking trips in Asia in July 2019. Elaine received such recognitions as Women of Color STEM Career Achievement Industry Award, Successful Women in Business, Most On-Fire Manager. Elaine speaks from biblical teaching, from her personal faith journey integrating her Calling, Career and Community experiences – grew up in poverty in Hong Kong, immigrated to the States as a refugee, life changing from a “trouble maker” to a “peace maker” when becoming a Christ follower in 1981. Elaine earned her B.S. in E.E./M.S.E. from Cornell, her M.S. in E.E. from Princeton, her Executive Education from Columbia, Cornell and U Penn Wharton business schools. She retired from 33 years of rewarding career as AT&T Director leading technology, product management and marketing with multimillion-dollar revenue. Elaine and Dominic have been married since 1986, they reside in San Diego. They have 2 adult children and a daughter-in-law. She founded and leads www.CalledToWork.org to help others to be their best at work and take Jesus to work, receive blessing from God and be a blessing to others, experience “Thank God it’s Monday”. She serves on 10 Boards and was installed as a church Elder.

孔雷漢卿長老 (Elaine Kung) 熱衷於將信仰融入職場，於1996年創辦了「Called To Work」「職場使命」，經過不懈的努力，在職場掀起了一場非常有意義的變革。數十年來，她以豐富的經驗教授並帶領數百名位於世界各地的學生和導生，幫助他們活出卓越的生命。她是一位備受尊重與愛戴的神僕，服事的腳蹤遍佈北美與世界各地。她經常受邀於各大企業、大專院校、非營利機構、教會、以及會議場合演講，主題包括「職場使命」、信仰和職場的整合、領導力、職涯發展規劃、婚姻關係、教養子女、各樣生活技能。在過去的三十多年間，已有數千位聽眾受益於她的教導，例如2019年十一月有二十六場演講，同年七月亦有為期五週於亞洲各地的培訓課程。孔長老受頒多項榮譽 - 少數族裔女性科技職涯成就獎，傑出商業女性，最具活力管理者等等。她的演講從自親身的經驗為起點，分享如何把信仰及呼召 (Calling) 融入職涯發展 (Career) 和社群服務 (Community) 的生命旅程 - 她出身清寒，以難民身分從香港移民到美國，於1981年成為基督徒，從此生命不再一樣，從”惹事生非者”轉變為 ”和平使者”。孔長老於康奈爾大學和普林斯頓大學分別取得電機和材料科學雙修學士和電機碩士，並在哥倫比亞大學、康奈爾大學和賓州大學進修高管培訓。她曾任職於AT＆T多項技術和業務領導職位，負責管理數百萬美元營收的運作，是一段33年成功的職業生涯。孔長老和丈夫Dominic於1986年結婚至今，子女均已成年，兒子成婚。她創辦並帶領www.CalledToWork.org「職場使命」，鼓勵眾人在職場做好本職工作，活出與主耶穌聯結的職場生命, 為主做美好的見證。她提出的「感謝神，今天是星期一」口號擴展到全國，鼓勵眾人在職場中接受神的祝福，也使他人得福。同時，她亦為多項事工的董事，並被按立為教會長老。
